Leadership
Manjot
Program Director · joined 2018
Level 3 Early Learning and Child Care certification, with an ELCC diploma from Bow Valley College. Manjot completed her practicum at Franklin in 2017 and has been here full time since 2018. Calm, patient and deliberate, she sets the tone for how children are cared for here.
Nidhi
Assistant Director · joined 2023
Level 3 Early Learning and Child Care certification, a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Zoology, with experience in child care since 2017. Nidhi looks after the quality of daily learning as well as licensing, health, safety and supervision standards.

Batsha
Teacher · joined 2013
Level 3 Early Learning and Child Care certification, with a Bachelor and a Master of Education. Batsha has been part of Franklin for more than ten years and brings a strong teaching foundation to everything the children do.
Shilpa
Teacher · joined 2023
Level 2 Early Learning and Child Care certification from CDI College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Shilpa builds warm relationships with children and parents alike, and her love of animals says a lot about how she looks after little ones.
Prabh
Teacher · joined 2025
Level 1 Early Learning and Child Care certification and a Bachelor of Arts. Prabh started with us as a practicum student in 2024 and joined the team as an educator in 2025. She is a keen photographer and folds that creativity into activities for the children.
Saadia
Teacher · joined 2022
Level 1 Early Learning and Child Care certificate from CDI College, after studying chemistry and physics in Morocco. Saadia brings creativity into her days with the children through baking and craft activities that build focus and fine motor skills.
Farida
Teacher · in child care since 2016
Level 1 Early Learning and Child Care certification, with experience across every age group from infants to school age. Farida speaks three languages and connects with children through singing and storytelling.
